Iba Mallai quit her job in Bengaluru to start Kiniho in 2016. Today, it empowers around 200 women spinners, dyers and weavers in Meghalaya’s Umden village. Its slow fashion products, created only using Ahimsa or Eri Silk, are sold across the world
